The “EVERYTHING” Exhibition by SKEWED Design Studio
Malmö's international design festival
22–25 May 2025 the fifth edition of Malmö's design festival took place. Visitors explored a broad program filled with exhibitions, seminars and workshops at locations all over the city. Lokstallarna is the festival's main location with 6 000 square meters of exhibitions, a live studio with seminars and talks, activities for kids, and a food court. Southern Sweden Design Days is organised by Form/Design Center.

We would like to say a big thank you to all Southern Sweden Design Days visitors, participants, partners and volunteers who made the design festival a success! 22–25 May, Malmö was filled with 170 program activities in over 80 locations where visitors could experience exhibitions, workshops, open houses, seminars and festivities.

Main location
Southern Sweden Design Days 'Main Location' is held in the old railway workshop Lokstallarna in Kirseberg. Explore 6,000 square meters of exhibitions, a live studio with seminars and talks, activities for kids, a food court and much more.

SSDD Junior
SSDD Junior is a part of the festival aimed at children and youngsters, with activities that arouse curiosity and inspire creativity. During SSDD Junior, children get to try out various creative workshops and activities that teach them about design, materials and different ways of creating.

The theme for Southern Sweden Design Days is 'ECHO' and encourages exploration of the dynamic relationship between the past, present, and future. Like an echo, design is not isolated—it resonates, evolves, and influences its surroundings.
